DrDental benefit providers plans in New Jersey

I am going over the dental discount plans that are available on your website for people living  in New Jersey.  I am low income and can not afford dental insurance,  so a discount plan seem to fit my needs the best right now.  I have not been to a dentist in a few years so picking a provider in network is not a problem I just like to know how to go about picking a good dentist.  Also I would like to know if I can change dentist in the provider network if I want to.
